1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Trakwise platform located at trakwise.app, developed by Wrap Wise Pty Ltd.

By accessing or using Trakwise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Trakwise is a workforce management and performance tracking platform designed for installation and service-based businesses.

The platform allows organisations to:

• track jobs and work progress
• monitor employee performance
• record time and activity
• analyse operational data

3. User Accounts

To access Trakwise, users must create an account.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information
• maintain account security
• notify us of any unauthorised access

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold without permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Trakwise require a paid subscription.

Key terms:

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually.
• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
• Refunds may be issued at the discretion and advisory of Wrap Wise Pty Ltd unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• use the platform for unlawful activities
• attempt unauthorised access to systems
• distribute malware or harmful code
• reverse engineer the software
• copy or resell platform functionality
• interfere with service performance

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All IP including software, content, trademarks, and design elements associated with Trakwise are owned by Wrap Wise Pty Ltd.

The platform and its content are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the platform without written permission.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to Trakwise.

By uploading content, users grant Wrap Wise Pty Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform may be modified, updated, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap Wise Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the trakwise.app platform.

Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

• these Terms are violated
• platform misuse occurs
• continued access may cause harm to other users or the platform

Users may cancel their accounts at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Queensland.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Trakwise after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
